One of our favorite Polish & Overlay projects, Taylor Derrick Capital, was the restoration of an old building in Rose Park where every detail of the project was thought out perfectly. In the main area, the concrete slab was torn out and re-poured. We finished the floor with a high sheen 1500 grit  polish. Pentra Sil and Pentra Finish were used for the sealers. 

Expansion joints were filled.

The back garage was another story. You could see the history of this building with the multiple concrete slabs that had been poured throughout time. To bring this floor to the same quality as the front, we chose a self leveling overlay with Mapei M20. The overlay was finished with an artisanal acrylic stain and sealed with Verdia HTU top coat.
