Concrete Overlays
Overlays are best used in areas where your existing concrete or substrate is in need of the type of repair that will render certain aesthetic properties unachievable. An overlay allows you to simply cover the imperfections or your existing surface and transform your floor into a new concrete creation of your choosing with very few exceptions. Overlays can be stained, troweled for variance, they can even be grinded and made to look like polished concrete with exposed aggregate (See gallery below).
